Flight Wine Bar In Scottsdale

Longtime Scottsdale nightlife innovators Apolo and Marte Sevilla, along with Brian Krupski, a well-respected Valley entreprenuer and liaison to many past and active elected officials and community leaders are kicking-off the New Year by taking flight on a new wine bar/lounge/bistro venture in Old Town Scottsdale. Flight Lounge + Bistro is their first entrée in the restaurant business and is sure to be one of the Valley’s most exciting new hotspots. Located at 4252 N. Drinkwater Blvd. (formerly home to Cream Stereo Lounge), the Flight Lounge + Bistro’s flight crew will welcome guests on a flight to make their taste buds soar with an international and domestic wine list created by in-house Sommelier, David Wall.  Highlighting special wine flights are the around-the-world tapas dishes from the recipes inspired by local Chef Doug Brochu, owner of Creative Hands Cuisine catering company. A high-energy live DJ on the weekends and an eclectic lounge music during the week will ensure that the “in-flight” entertainment is non-stop, uplifting and, most importantly, fun during happy hour and danceable at night!

With more than 3,800 square feet of indoor and outdoor of sipping, savoring and socializing space, Flight Lounge‘s décor, courtesy of Robin Grant of Grant Designs, has a touch of aviation theme featuring plush red velvet booths, pendant lights that change color depending on the “mood” of the DJ in the cockpit, warm wood accents including the one-of-a-kind “Jenga” wall, gilded mirrors and so much more.  “Flight Attendants” and “Pilots” are onboard to serve you specialty cocktails such as the Kitty Hawk, Amelia Pearhart and The Lay-Over.
